Urban Glow Candle Co. vessels can be repoured for approximately half the price of a new candle. Have a candle-safe vessel from somewhere else? We can repour those too.

How to Clean Your Vessel Before Your Repour

Prepping your vessel at home helps ensure a safe, high-quality burn.

Step-by-Step:

1. Freeze It
Place your vessel in the freezer for a few hours. The wax will shrink and pop out easily.
2. Remove Wick Tabs
Use a spoon or butter knife to gently lift the metal wick base.
3. Wipe Residue
Wipe out remaining wax or adhesive using a paper towel with warm, soapy water. Do not submerge the vessel.
4. Remove Labels
If removing labels, apply warm water with a cloth or sponge to the label area only. Gently scrub or scrape. Avoid soaking the vessel.
5. Dry It
Ensure the vessel is completely dry inside and out before bringing it in.

Avoid harsh cleaners or boiling water to protect your vessel and scent.

Keep the vessel. Love the fragrance? Pour it again. Ready for something new? Switch it up.

Bring back a candle vessel you love and give it another life. Recreate a favorite fragrance or blend something completely new, then pour a fresh candle and enjoy the experience all over again.

Bringing a candle-safe vessel from somewhere else? Outside vessels are $2 per ounce, with a $15 minimum.

How We Calculate Outside Vessels:

1. Bring your clean, empty candle vessel.
2. Pour your wax
and fragrance
3. Weigh it again to calculate total wax weight
4. Pay based on what you used: $2/oz

$15 minimum per vessel. This minimum helps cover the cost of a full repour workstation, materials, and team support.

Drop-Off Repours

Drop it off. We’ll do the rest.

1. Bring in your used vessel (any condition)
2. Choose your new fragrance
3. We clean, prep, and refill it
4. We’ll notify you when it’s ready to pick up

Cleaning Fee: $5 per vessel

Relabel (optional): +$5

Repour Pricing: Same as self-serve

Turnaround: 48 hours (or as soon as same day!)

This service is perfect for businesses that want a consistent seasonal or signature scent—but don’t have time to pour candles themselves. Whether you're looking to elevate your front desk ambiance or scent your entire space, we’ll handle it all.

We’ll pick up your vessels, refill them with your selected fragrance, and return them ready to use.
