Candle Pouring | Free to Reserve

Coming for a date night, birthday, bachelorette party, girls’ night, family outing, team building, or just because?

It’s free to reserve with no deposit or upfront payment. With reservation times available every half hour throughout the day, plus select evenings, it’s easy to find a time that works for you.

Choose your vessel, blend your fragrance, pour your candle, and design a custom label in the studio. Plan for approximately 1–1.5 hours for the experience.

Coming with a group? Reserve your spots together and we’ll have workstations ready for you. The studio may be shared with other guests during regular reservations.

A Few Things to Know

There’s no charge to book. You’ll choose your candle and pay in the studio.
Candle prices start at $29.99 and include your vessel, fragrance blend, candle-pouring experience, and custom label.
Cancel or reschedule at no charge at least 24 hours before your reservation.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Changes within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a $20 per-person fee.

Private Parties + Events | Get the Studio to Yourself

Want the whole place to yourselves? Reserve the entire Urban Glow studio for your birthday, bachelorette party, bridal celebration, team-building event, girls’ night, or private gathering.

Private events include 2 hours of exclusive studio use, giving your group plenty of time to pour, customize, celebrate, and enjoy the space together.

Groups of 10 or More

Have 10 or more candle-pouring guests? Your private studio is included with no additional rental fee.

Your private event includes:

Exclusive use of the studio for 2 hours
Dedicated staff for your group
Up to 20 candle-pouring workstations
Custom label design included with each candle
Optional custom slideshow on our projector
Beer and wine available for purchase
Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks welcome
Décor welcome within our studio guidelines

Groups larger than 20 may rotate through workstations. Additional studio time may be available for $150 per hour, subject to availability.

Groups of Fewer Than 10

Have a smaller group? You don’t need to book a private event!

Birthdays, bachelorette parties, team outings, and other groups of fewer than 10 are welcome to book together through our regular Candle-Pouring Experience at no additional fee. Your group will have reserved workstations together while sharing the studio with other guests.

Want the entire studio to yourselves? You can upgrade to a private event for a $150 private studio fee, which includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the studio.

Each guest chooses their candle during the event:

Food, Drinks + Décor

Outside food and catering are welcome. A $25 cleanup fee applies when food is brought into the studio.

Beer and wine are available for purchase on site, and you’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks.

Décor is welcome as long as it is free-standing and easy to remove. Confetti, glitter, outside candles, and wall adhesives are not permitted.

What to Expect

Choose your vessel, pick your fragrance, and pour your candle in a relaxed, self-guided experience — then scan a QR code to design your custom label right from your phone or choose from a selection of pre-printed designs in the studio.

We’re always refreshing our vessel wall, so expect new styles, textures, and colors with every visit. Candles take about two hours to cool — you're welcome to stay and sip, or come back later to pick it up.

We’ll print and place your label for you, so your finished candle is ready when you return.

Our team is always nearby to offer support, suggest fragrance pairings, and answer any questions along the way.

Want to personalize your candle? Every candle includes the option to design your own label — or skip it entirely.

Browse a growing collection of easy-to-customize templates for birthdays, weddings, housewarmings, client gifts, and more. Personalize your candles by uploading photos of loved ones, your favorite places, or even your company logo. You can also add a unique QR code to link to a playlist, special message, or website.

Add names, dates, or a short message to make it yours — no design skills needed.

Prefer a minimal look? You can opt out and enjoy a clean, label-free finish.
