Walk-ins are welcome for individuals, couples, or small groups and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Availability during walk-in hours may be limited due to private events or reserved sessions. To guarantee a seat, we recommend booking a reservation in advance.

Last walk-in starts by 4:15 PM to allow time to reset for evening sessions.

Prefer to visit during walk-in hours (1–5 PM) but want to guarantee a seat? You can reserve a candle-pouring session for yourself, a date, or a group.

What to know:

• Reservations are available in addition to walk-ins
• Available times may include morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on the day
• Each session lasts about 1–1.5 hours

Your reservation includes a reserved seat, though the studio may be shared with other guests unless you’ve booked a private event.

Deposit Required: To secure your reservation, a $20 deposit per guest is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final purchase. The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

Planning a bachelorette party, birthday, or team celebration? Reserve the studio for a private candle-pouring experience designed just for your group - no distractions, just time to pour, customize, sip, and connect.

Private events have a 2-hour minimum and include plenty of time to create something personal together.

Beer and wine are available for purchase on site. You’re also welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks.

  Groups larger than 20 may rotate stations. If additional studio time is needed, extra time may be added at $150 per hour, subject to availability

• Décor welcome for your celebration: All décor must be free-standing and easy to remove. Confetti, glitter, candles, and wall adhesives are not permitted.

Guest Count & Deposit Structure

Groups of 10 or more guests:

• $20 deposit per person
• No studio rental fee
• Deposits are applied to each guest’s candle total during the event
• Candles are priced individually based on the size selected during the event. Payment may be made by one host or split among guests.
  

Groups of fewer than 10 guests:

• Studio rental fee: $150 per hour
  (2-hour minimum = $300)
• $150 total deposit required to reserve the studio
• Deposit is applied toward the studio rental, not individual candles
• Each guest pays for the candle they create, based on the size they choose

Studio rental fees are separate from candle costs.

Candle Pricing

Guests select their candle size during the event:

• Small (10oz): $29.99
• Medium (14oz): $39.99
• Large (18oz): $49.99
• XL: $59.99

Food & Cleanup

Outside food and catering are welcome. A $25 cleaning fee applies to help cover cleanup when food is brought in.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are applied to your total.

Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the scheduled event.
